Customize
People read a lot more when something is customized to them.
Sendn allows you to add subscriber's personal information into each newsletter. This includes their first name, last name, city, state, country, age, and gender.
A big advantage of this approach is that it helps you develop more relevant offers and learn what segments of your database respond to different marketing communications.
To customize your newsletters in your Sendn account:
- Click the Newsletter Tab
- Select "Create New Newsletter"
- Select "Insert a Custom Field"
