Do I need email marketing?

What is Sendn?
Sendn is a compete email marketing system that allows you to create and deliver newsletters to opt-in subscribers. We give you all the tools needed to create your subscriber lists, your subscriber forms, and view detailed statistics on all deliveries.
Can I try it for free?

How do you handle unsubscribers?
This is all done automatically. On the bottom of every newsletter sent out, we input an automatic "unsubscribe" link that any subscriber may click at any time, and be automatically removed from that list.
I already have a subscriber list, can I import them into Sendn?
Yes you can. When viewing a subscriber list, click the "Import" button. Make sure the format of your list is either one email address per line, or seperated by a comma.
How do you handle spam?
All subscribers, after joining a subscriber list, must confirm by clicking a link we email them before they are added. This ensures that they subscribed by their own choosing. They may also unsubscribe at any time. We handle all of this for you.
Is there a limit of things I can make?
No, you can create an unlimited number of newsletters, subscriber lists, and subscriber forms. In the 30-day free trial, you may only have 100 subscribers. After becoming a member, this is limited to the plan you sign up for.
Can I use a list I purchased?
No, you cannot. There is no way for subscribers to join your subscriber list unless they join themselves, and confirm their subscriptions.
How do I create newsletters?
We give you the tools needed to do this. You may create a newsletter from scratch, or use a template you have made earlier. OUr built-in HTML editor gives you all of the benefits needed to create a beautiful and professional looking template. You may also input links, surveys, custom fields, and feedback forms directly in them for tracking.
How can I customize my newsletters?
You may add custom fields to your newsletters quickly, easily, and automatically using our tools located in our newsletter manager. This includes the subscriber's name, location, occupation, and much more.

This is the core of Sendn. Our unique delivery system allows members to successfully send their newsletter to the subscriber lists they choose. You are given the option of either sending it right away, or scheduling its delivery for the future.
Can you create and send newsletters based on user's actions?
Yes! You can create "welcome" newsletters, which are sent after a subscriber joins your subscriber list, welcoming them to your newsletter. You can also create "action" newsletters, which are sent based on what actions your sucbribers do. For example, you create a newsletter to go out after a member opens a particular newsletter and clicks a certain link of your choosing.
Can you create subscriber lists based on user's actions?
Yes! Just like with event-triggered newsletters, subscribers can automatically be added to dynamic lists based on actions, like opening a newsletter or clicking a specific link.
How do you handle bounces?
For all soft bounces, we automatically resend your newsletter up to 3 times. If still unsuccssful, they are moved to the 'hard bounces' category. Hard bounces are automatically removed from your subscriber list.
Do my subscriber lists automatically adjust to subscribers, unsubscribers, and bounces?
Of course!
What kind of statistics do you track?
- Newsletters: Opens, unopens, bounces, time of open, date of open
- Subscribers: Types by email account, unsubscribe dates, unsubscribe days
- Forms: Time subscribed, day subscribed, date subscribed
- Links: How many click, who clicks it
- Surveys: How many fill it out, who fills it out
- Feedback: Who and what people say about your newsletters
What types of newsletters cannot be sent with Sendn?
